I believe this planet is a miraculous work of art just waiting to be discovered,

Its inhabitants possess rich cultures and histories which are wildly fascinating.

I believe travel should be more than an act, it should be an experience.

I believe getting to know the people of a region is a vital part of the ultimate travel experience.

I believe experiencing the flavor and culture of a region is a critical component of true travel.

I choose to embrace every moment of my travel experience,

Especially those hiccups which cause me to take a detour from my originally intended path,

For those are often the most memorable parts of any journey.

I refuse to settle for a one-size-fits-all itinerary,

For in taking the road less traveled, I open the door to opportunities far beyond my wildest dreams.
